2. Take 3 of boiled potatoes(any leftover veggie).

Cheesy sandwich instructions

1. Firstly take kadhai add oil or ghee,add jeera add onions and tomato add dry spices..and cook for 5 min..add boiled and mashed potatoes..and mix well…
2. Now take bread slices,on one side of bread spread green chutney and on other bread spread tomato sauce..add aloo mixture and put some paneer cubes..add onions and tomato sliced…
3. Now add some chat masala..pour mayonnaise and gently cover it with other slice…
4. Now take sandwich griller and apply butter and then put bread sandwich and apply butter on top and now grill it until it gets nice golden crisp…
5. Now switch off to check in between..when it's nice golden crisp then it's ready..serve it with my dip of your choice..put some sev on top for garnishing…
