  2. Take 1 cup of Roasted Gram splits(Daaliya).
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of Powder Sugar.
  4. Take 1/4 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
  5. Take 2 tbsp of Chopped Almonds & Pistachios.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of Diamond Mishri.
  7. Make ready 1/4 of cup+ 1 tbsp Melted Ghee.
  8. Make ready of For Garnishing.
  9. You need of as required Split Almonds.
  10. It’s of as required Split Pistachios.
  11. Take of As needed- Ice cream-Stick.

Instant Modak Sattu Lollipop instructions

  1. Take a thick bottom wok pour Roasted Gram splits and cook for 2-3 min or Till get light golden Colour on medium flame. Then take blender jar and make fine powder..
  2. Now take a deep bowl add Gram Powder, Powder Sugar, Cardamom Powder, and Chopped Almonds, Pistachios and diamond Mishri now mix all the ingredients well..
  3. Once all ingredients get mixed well make a small gap in between and pour Melted Ghee and knead it. Add extra Ghee if it doesn't combine..
  4. Now make small Modak from mixture and insert Lollipop Sticks in between and Garnish with Split Almond & Pistachios..
