- Take of For Modak Sattu.
- Take 1 cup of Roasted Gram splits(Daaliya).
- It’s 1/2 cup of Powder Sugar.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of Chopped Almonds & Pistachios.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Diamond Mishri.
- Make ready 1/4 of cup+ 1 tbsp Melted Ghee.
- Make ready of For Garnishing.
- You need of as required Split Almonds.

- Take a thick bottom wok pour Roasted Gram splits and cook for 2-3 min or Till get light golden Colour on medium flame. Then take blender jar and make fine powder..
- Now take a deep bowl add Gram Powder, Powder Sugar, Cardamom Powder, and Chopped Almonds, Pistachios and diamond Mishri now mix all the ingredients well..
- Once all ingredients get mixed well make a small gap in between and pour Melted Ghee and knead it. Add extra Ghee if it doesn't combine..
- Now make small Modak from mixture and insert Lollipop Sticks in between and Garnish with Split Almond & Pistachios..
