  1. It’s 2 slice of rye bread.
  2. It’s 135 grams of corned beef (sliced).
  3. Make ready of sauerkraut.
  4. Make ready of Russian dressing, Thousand Island, or horseradish.
  5. Prepare 2 slice of cheese (preferably Swiss).
  6. Take 1 tbsp of groundnut, rapeseed, or vegetable oil.
  7. It’s of salt & pepper to season.

  1. Add the oil to the pan and swirl until it coats the entire bottom of the skillet. Bring to a high heat and toast one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Remove the bread from the pan, reduce heat to low and cook the corned beef and sauerkraut for 2-3 minutes

  1. Pile the corned beef one the toasted side of one slice of bread, and return to the pan un-toasted side down. Increase the heat to medium.
