Ingredients of Uzbekistan Potato Salad Ball with Tomato Sauce

  1. You need 2 of potatoes.
  2. It’s 2 of small carrots.
  3. It’s 1 of Salmon (i replaced it with 1/4 gr chicken breast).
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. Make ready 1 tsp of soy sauce.
  6. Make ready 1 cup of yoghurt.
  7. Prepare of Cheese.
  8. It’s 1 of parsley.
  9. Prepare 1 of boiled egg.
  10. You need of Sesame/tomato sauce.

Uzbekistan Potato Salad Ball with Tomato Sauce instructions

  1. Boil or steam potatoes and carrots.
  2. Boil salmon or chicken breast.
  3. Shred boiled potatoes, carrots, egg and cheese. Chop-chop salmon or chicken breast, and parsley.
  4. Mix step 2 with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 cup yoghurt, 1/2 tsp salt.
  5. Make a ball.
  6. Pour it with sesame. I don't have sesame stock at home, so i use tomato sauce.
  7. Serve it.
