1. preheat oven to 400.
2. brown hamburger and drain grease.
3. mix gravy mix in measuring cup and add to burger.
4. add frozen veggies to hamburger mix.
5. cook hamburger mix until gravy thickens.
6. cook potatoes according to instructions.
7. top with shredded cheese and melt cheese.
8. put meat mixture in bottom of baking dish add potatoes on top and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes start to brown on top.
