Ingredients of Bread Roll in Appam Pan
- Take 1 kg of Boiled Potatoes.
- Make ready As required of coriander leaves.
- Make ready 2 Spoons of Coriander Powder.
- Make ready 2 Spoons of Cumin Powder.
- It’s 1 Spoon of Red Chilli Powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Make ready as per taste of Black Salt.
- Take 2 Spoons of Dry Mango Powder.
- You need 2 Packets of Any Bread Big Slices.
- It’s As required of Oil for Cooking.
- You need as required of Water.
Bread Roll in Appam Pan instructions
- Take a Cooker add 2 to 3 Cups of water to it add washed Potatoes. Boiled Potatoes in the Cooker till 2 or 3 Whistles then Cool it down and peel them off..
- Now take Boiled Potatoes Mash it and mixed all the Masala Ingredients for filling Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Salt as per taste, Dry Mango Powder 2 Spoons, Coriander leaves mix well for Masala filling is Ready.
- Take a Slice of Bread Cut the Edges then put Potatoes Masala filling in it and Wrap it with the help of water in round shape and keep aside all the Bread Rolls..
- Now take an Appam Pan to apply oil in it then fry Bread Roll in it to all the Sides in medium flame till golden brown. Serve it hot to the Plater with any Chutney or Sauce..
