Ingredients of Chicken Overload Pizza

- Take 1 cup of Maida.
- You need 1 cup of Whole wheat flour.
- Take 1/2 Tbsp of Active yeast.
- It’s 1/2 cup of water + 1 tbsp.
- Take 1 &1/2 tsp of olive oil.
- It’s as per taste of Salt.
- Make ready 3/4 tsp of sugar.
- It’s For of Pizza Sauce :-.
- Prepare 8 of tomatoes.
- You need 6-8 of garlic pods.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chillies flakes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oregano.
- You need 1 tsp of basil.
- Take as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
- Take 1 tsp of sugar.
- It’s For of Pizza Toppings:-.
- Prepare 200 grams of Mozzarella grated.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Grilled chicken slices or shredded.
- Prepare 1 cup of Chicken mince.
- Take 6 sliced of Chicken sheikh kebabs diagonally.
- You need 4 tbsp of Corn flour(Makkai ka aata).

- Add the red chillies flakes and tomatoes and sugar.add the herbs and cook till the sauce thickens..
- Adjust the salt and pepper and the herbs.
- Preheat the oven to 240 D Celsius..
- Take the pizza dough and deflate it and divide it into equal balls.
- Take a baking tray and spread some corn flour, place 1 pizza dough ball and flatten it..
- You can use some olive oil to flatten it forms thinking crust make the base thin..
- Apply the pizza sauce and arrange the chicken pieces. here I have used grill. Chicken pics, chicken sheekhKabab slices and in the center have put some chicken kheema and sprinkled some sliced onions randomly.
- Sprinkle some. Mozerella cheese on the side so and very little in the center.
- Sprinkle some herbs and bake for 10 to 12 mins or when you see the cheese turn golden.
