Ingredients of Cheesy Pakoda

  1. You need 2 cups of chickpeas flour.
  2. Take 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  3. Take 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Prepare 1 of tomato chopped.
  5. Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1 cup of pepper red yellow chopped.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of salt.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of mint dried or fresh.
  9. It’s 1/4-1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  10. Prepare of Oil to fry.

Cheesy Pakoda instructions

  1. Keep oil to heat in pan. In flour bowl add 1 tsp hot oil, soda, turmeric and half tsp salt.
  2. Add 1 cup water and make soft batter.
  3. Now in cheese mix all remaining ingredients and make small ball.
  4. Flat it on palm, deep in the flour and fry it till golden.
