Ingredients of Kaari pakora😋
- Take 3/4 cup of gram flour(baisan).
- Prepare 1/2 kg of dahi.
- Make ready 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- You need 2 of big onion(half slice cut/remaining chopped).
- It’s 2 of big tomatoes(1 slice cut 1 chopped).
- You need 2 of big Potatoes (chopped).
- Take of Fresh Coriander /Spanish.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 2 1/2 tbsp of Chilli flakes.
- Take 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tsp of baking soda.
- Make ready 1 tbls of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tbls of cumin sabut.
- It’s 1 tbls of ajvain.
- You need of Oil for fry.
- Make ready of Water for mixture.
- Take of For baghar.
- You need 3-4 of Whole red chilli.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 of (half) knorr.
- You need 3 tbsp of Oil.

Kaari pakora😋 step by step
- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and daroud shareef.
- First of all make kaari take a blender jug add dahi and blend it.
- Now take a pateela add 3 tbsp oil then add slice onion fry it on low flame then after that add garlic paste and slice cut tomatoes,Turmeric,salt to taste and chilli flakes, cook it very well until tomatoes become soft.
- After that add baisan and cook it on low flame until aroma release(baisan ka kacha pan b hatam hojay) now add blended dahi in it and mix it with the help of whisk(take baisan or lassi yakjan hojain or koi b lam'z baki na rahy) after that add 5 to 6 glass water and cook on low flame until become little bit thick like this.
- After become thick now it's time to prepared pakora mixture take baisan(remaining) add chopped potatoes,tomatoes, onion,coriander, salt to taste,chilli flakes,coriander powder,cumin seeds,soda,ajvain, now add water gradually and mix it and make a batter like this rest it for 5-10 min then make pakory.
- Now take a wok add oil in it heat it take a batter with the help of spoon and make a small size pakoras like this.
- When it's done instantly add in kaari.
- When all done now it's time to give bhagar take another fry pan add 3 Tbsp oil then add whole red chillies and knorr,cumin seeds and give bhagar for the batter taste.
