- Mix everything in a bowl except milk and combine them well with your hands.
- Add the milk in bits till you achieve a soft dough,place it on a flat surface and punch it down for 10 mins.
- Cover with a dumb clothe and let it double in size.
- Punch it down and make small equal sizeable balls,then roll them in rods and put the m on alined baking sheet,brush them with egg white and let them prove for the second time.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 160c.
- Serve with hot tea.
