Ingredients of Biryani

  1. Prepare 2 bowls of basmati rice soaked.
  2. You need 100 gms of cubed paneer.
  3. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  4. Take 1 of Lemon juice.

  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of jeera.
  7. Take As required of Oil for frying.
  8. It’s Few of Sliced potatoes.

  12. You need 1 bowl of soaked peas.
  13. Make ready 1 bowl of Chopped green,red, yellow capsicum.
  14. It’s As required of Whole spices(black pepper, tejpatta, laung, dalchini).
  15. Prepare Some of Ghee.
  16. Make ready Few of Sliced tomatoes and mosambi.

  1. Take one small vessel put water and boil the water, add rice after draining the water.

  4. Add all vegetables and turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well cover for sometime.
  5. In between check the rice if it's cooked drain the water.
  6. Add the rice in the kadhai and mix well put lemon juice and dryfryuits mix again.
  7. Garnish with tomato slices and mosambi and serve it with curd and chutney.
