Ingredients of Instant Paneer and Potato Pakora recipe
- Make ready 100 gm of besan/gram flour.
- Make ready as needed of Water for making batter.
- It’s 4-5 tsp of Oil.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 250 gm of Cheese.
- Make ready 2 of Potatoes small size.
- It’s as needed of Oil for frying.
- Prepare as needed of Imli (Tamarind)for chutney.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Grinded Roasted jeera.
- Prepare 1/2 tbs of Coriander powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It’s 4 tsp of Sugar.

Instant Paneer and Potato Pakora recipe step by step
- Take gram flour in a bowl add water to make batter it's not too thick not so runny…
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and 4tbs oil mix well, oil makes the pakoras crispy.
- Cut paneer and potato in slices.
- Take oil in a pan and when it's hot at medium pace than dip pieces of paneer and potato in the batter and slide them in the oil.
- Keep stirring 2 3 times and tansfer to tissue paper.
- Again these pakoras slide in the pan and stire it well untill it turns golden brown..
- For chutney take imli in a bowl add some water and keep it aside for 10 mins.
- Now straining it in a pan and place it at a medium flame add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and 4 tbs sugar..
- Now stirre it well untill it looks thick.
- Sprinkle chat masala on pakoras and serve hot with imli chutney..
