- It’s 1 can of button mushroom sliced.
- It’s 3 blocks of tofu cut into cubes.

- Prepare of Green beans.
- Take 1 tsp of salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of sugar.
- It’s 1 tsp of black ground pepper.
- You need 1/4 cup of oyster sauce.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- It’s 2 cloves of garlic chopped.
- You need 1 of medium onion chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water.

- Sauté garlic, onions together with carrots and string beans for 2-3 minutes in medium high fire (it makes veggies crunchy in my experience).
- Add the mushroom and tofu stir gently then add the salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce..
- In a bowl mix the cornstarch with water and then pour it in the veggies. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
