  1. Prepare 4/5 of boiled medium size potato.
  2. You need 3 tsp of cornflour.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs.

  7. Take 1 cup of Capsicum finally chopped.

  20. Prepare 2 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
  21. Make ready 2 tbsp of soya sauce.

  23. Take 2 tbsp of oil.
  24. You need as required of Red food colour little bit (opt).
  25. Take 5/6 tsp of water.

Veg Chinese lollipop step by step

  1. Mash or grate the potatoes.
  2. Put 2 tsp oil on a hot pan to saute the vegetables.
  3. Add ginger/ garlic paste, stir it, then onion, French Beans,then carrots, then capsicum, and cabbage,stir all step by step from few seconds.
  4. Add salt 1 tsp/as required and 1tsp black pepper powder in it and stir until the veggies will dry..
  5. Remove pan and keep the veggies at side to cool..
  6. Take grated potatoes and add bread crumbs, cornflour, 1tsp black pepper powder, some salt. Mix it well..
  7. Add sauted veggies in it and mix it well. Prepare dough..
  8. Freeze the dough for some time to hard.
  9. Make balls and give shapes of oval as lollipops and fix the ice cream sticks..
  10. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the lollipops. heat oil fully.
  11. Fry them carefully In medium heat otherwise it may be broken.
  12. Place them on a butter paper them,cool them and wrap the sticks with silver paper.
  13. To make sauce:-.
  14. Heat 2tsp oil in a pan..
  15. Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, stir a little.
  16. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and shejwan sauce, stir it.
  17. Add 3-4 tap water, stir it.
  18. Add red colour in the sauce, it is optional..
  19. Grate carrot,cabbage and green coriander to decorate it with salads.
