Ingredients of Veg lollipops
- It’s 2 of boiled potatoes(peeled mashed).
- Prepare 1 cup of green peas(optional).
- You need 2 of medium size beetroots (boiled,peeled and grated).
- It’s 1/2 cup of carrots(peeled and grated).
- Make ready 1 of onion finely chopped (optional).
- Take 2-3 of green chillies chopped.
- Take 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 cup of bread crumbs.
- Take 2 tbsp of maida+cornflour(to make paste).
- Prepare Handful of coriander leaves chopped finely.
- Make ready 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of amchur / dry mango powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of corn flour.
- Prepare as needed of Oil for frying.
- Take as needed of toothpicks.
- It’s 4 tbsp of bread crumbs for coating.
- Make ready to taste of Pink Himalayan salt.

- In a mixing bowl,add the veggies..
- Add onion,corn flour, coriander leaves,garam masala,green chillies,chaat masala, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste,salt and add the breadcrumbs..
- Mix everything well..
- Make round or oval shape balls and keep aside..
- Make a paste of maida+corn flour by adding little water (a lumps-free batter).
- Meanwhile,heat a oil in the kadhai..
- Take the pops and dip it in a paste fully and coat it fully wdh the breadcrumbs and roll on.(each pops should be coated well wdh the breadcrumbs).
- Fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown in colour and remove them on kitchen towel or on tissue paper..
- Now pierce it with toothpick on top..
- Veg lollipops are ready to serve….
- Accompanied the lollipops with sauce or any dip of your choice..
- Note:-If you don't wanna deep fry the lollipops,you may shallow fry or you may make even in appe pan. Add veggies of your choice..
