  6. Take a laddle full of batter and pour on non stick pan to make small mini uttapam.
  7. In a while u will see bubbles coming.
  8. Now apply a spoonful of green Chutney and red chilli thecha.
  9. Now add a spoon of filling on one uttapam.cook for a minute.
  10. Now cover like a sandwich.
  11. Take a plate for presentation.make a round circle with tomato sauce.
  12. Serve this yummy, delicious, healthy sandwich and enjoy.
