Ingredients of Paneer Lollipops

  1. Prepare 7 tbsp of crumbled paneer.
  2. It’s 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. It’s 1 of slit green chilli.
  5. Take 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of soy sauce.
  7. You need 3 tbsp of cornflour.
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of chopped coriander.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  10. Prepare 2 of carrots chopped.
  11. Prepare 5 tbsps of oil for deep frying.

Paneer Lollipops instructions

  1. Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,chillies,corainder leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and crumbled paneer and mix well..
  2. Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and place carrot sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape..
  3. Roll them in corn flour-Maida mixture and bind them properly..
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides..
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot..
