Ingredients of Kabab Lollipops
- Make ready 300 g of beef mince.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of red chilli.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of haldi.
- You need 1 teaspoon of zeera Pisa hoa.
- Take 1 teaspoon of hara dhania powder.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of salt.
- You need 1 teaspoon of red flakes.
- You need 3 tablespoon of melted butter.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ajwain.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of white pepper.
- Make ready of flour(for coating).
- You need Half of cup oil.
Kabab Lollipops step by step
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Knead the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Take half tablespoon of the mixture and make an oval shape. Pierce a toothpick in the center and place the kabab in the center.
- 300g will make upto 40 kabab lollipops. Place them in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Now coat them with flour.
- Heat the half cup oil in a large pan and swallow fry them for 20 minutes on very low flame by turning the side after 10 minutes and covering the lid.
- Delicious kabab lollipops are ready to eat with imili ki chutney or ketchup. It is a very good appetizer 😊.
