  1. Make ready 300 g of beef mince.
  2. Make ready 1 teaspoon of red chilli.
  3. It’s 1 teaspoon of haldi.
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of zeera Pisa hoa.
  5. Take 1 teaspoon of hara dhania powder.
  6. Make ready 1 tablespoon of salt.
  7. You need 1 teaspoon of red flakes.
  8. You need 3 tablespoon of melted butter.
  9. It’s 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of ajwain.
  11. It’s 1 teaspoon of white pepper.
  12. Make ready of flour(for coating).
  13. You need Half of cup oil.

Kabab Lollipops step by step

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Knead the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Take half tablespoon of the mixture and make an oval shape. Pierce a toothpick in the center and place the kabab in the center.
  4. 300g will make upto 40 kabab lollipops. Place them in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Now coat them with flour.
  6. Heat the half cup oil in a large pan and swallow fry them for 20 minutes on very low flame by turning the side after 10 minutes and covering the lid.
  7. Delicious kabab lollipops are ready to eat with imili ki chutney or ketchup. It is a very good appetizer 😊.
