Ingredients of Oats-Rawa Uttapam
- Prepare 1 cup of oats.
- It’s 1/4 cup of thin rawa/ semolina.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of green chillies-ginger paste.
- It’s 1/4 cup of grated cabbage.
- It’s 1/4 cup of finely chopped green capsicum.
- Take 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Oats-Rawa Uttapam step by step
- Grind 1 cup of oats in mixer grinder to make oats flour. In mixing bowl add this oats flour, rawa, cabbage, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chillies- ginger pastesalt..mix well..
- Add curd,mix and add enough water to make dosa like batter. Rest for 10-15 mins..
- Heat non-stick dosa tawa. Apply oil on it. Pour 1 laddle full of prepared oats- rawa batter,spread in circular motion with back of big spoon into 4" diameter. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil,cook on medium flame,till lower part turns golden and crispy..
