Hey everyone, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m gonna show you how to prepare a distinctive dish, Chicken Lollipop. It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Chicken Lollipop

  1. It’s 1 kg of chicken leg pcs.
  2. It’s of Oil.
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of Chopped green chillies.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of Chopped ginger garlic.
  6. Take 1/2 cup of Chopped onions.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of Chopped capsicum.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of Garam Masala.
  9. It’s of Salt as per your taste.
  10. Take 1 tbsp of Vinegar.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of Chilli sauce.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  14. It’s 4-5 tbsp of Cornflour powder.
  15. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of Cornflour liquid.
  16. You need 2-3 tbsp of Yoghurt.
  17. It’s 2-3 tbsp of Bread crumbs.

Chicken Lollipop instructions

  1. Firstly marinate the chicken leg pcs in a bowl adding the chicken leg pcs, yoghurt and little bit of salt in it..
  2. Add ginger garlic paste to it and mix it well..
  3. Marinate it for 2-3 hrs..
  4. After it gets nicely marinated coat each and every piece of chicken with cornflour and bread crumbs..
  5. Refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes..
  6. Again coat it nicely..
  7. Now take a frying pan and add oil to it..
  8. Once it gets heated add the coated chicken pcs into the oil and give it a deep fry..
  9. Fry it until it gets crisp..
  10. Now take a sauce pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil to it..
  11. Add chopped ginger, garlic,green chillies and onions to it.
  12. Add chopped capsicum to it..
  13. Saute it..
  14. Add vinegar,soy sauce, tomato sauce,green chillies and salt as per your taste..
  15. Stir it nicely and add water as per the requirement to make it a thick gravy..
  16. Add cornflour paste to make the gravy thick..
  17. When the sauce begins to bubble add the fried chicken pcs to it and toss it well..
  18. Make sure that the pcs coat the sauce gravy nicely..
  19. Serve it in a plate and you can garnish it with spring onions/chopped coriander leaves..
