  6. It’s 1/2 of of a red bell pepper, sliced thinly.
  7. It’s 1 of small onion, thinly sliced.

  9. Make ready 1 tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce.
  10. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Fish or Oyster sauce.
  11. You need 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar.

  1. Heat your Pan over high heat, and add the oil. Sear the beef until just browned, remove from the heat, and set aside. A wok or non stick pan would be best suited for the searing..
  2. Into the Pan you've been using, add Onions and stir-fry until browned and slightly caramelized..
  3. Next, Add the garlic and red pepper to the Pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds..
  4. Toss the beef back in, along with the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce/fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another about a minute..
  5. Fold in the basil leaves until they're just wilted..
  6. Serve hot..
