Ingredients of Palm oil jallof rice
- It’s of Cooked rice.
- It’s of Palm oil.
- You need of Spices.
- You need of Seasonings.
- It’s of Onions.
- Prepare of Red bell pp.
- It’s of Scotch bonet.
- Prepare of Smoked fish.
- Make ready of Cooked ram meat.
- It’s of Spinach.
Growing up in Nigeria, Palm oil rice was a staple.It was easy to cook without any hassle.It involves the use of palm oil, spicy peppers, cray fish and dry fish.I remember always cooking this meal and feeding my neighbor's kids.
Palm oil jallof rice step by step
- Heat palm oil in a pot add onions and cinnomon stick.
- Add in cummin,dry ginger and black pp.
- Add in paste,cooked ram meat and seasonings.
- Add in wash smoked fish and fry for 10minutes then add in water. Cover the pot till its boil.
- When it boils add cooked rice,spinach and stir well. Cover and lower the heat till all cooked.
- Done.
