- Take of For lollipop mixture.
- Prepare 4 of large potatoes (mashed).
- Make ready 1/2 cup of carrot.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of cabbage.

- It’s 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take 1 of green chilli crushed.
- Make ready 2 tsp of peprika.

- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

- Make ready 1/2 cup of maida/All purpose flour.
- Take 1/2 cup of conflour.
- Make ready 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Make ready as needed of Water.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take of Sauce.
- Prepare 4 tsp of oil.
- Make ready 2-3 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli sauce.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Water.
- Make ready 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Conflour mixed in 4 spoons water.
- You need To taste of Salt.
Veg Lollipops step by step
- Mix all the ingredients as shown in "lollipop mixture" in a bowl. Add red food colour to the mixture if you want. Mix all the ingredients well..
- After all the ingredients are mixed, give them the shape of lollipops. You can use ice cream sticks. Now stick those lollipops to the ice cream sticks. Or else give them any shape you want.
- Now when lollipops are prepared form the coating as shown in the ingredients "For coating" Keep consistency a bit thick. Then dip those lollipops in that mixture..
- Now heat oil in a pan and and fry lollipops when oil is heated fully otherwise your lollipops will break..
- So lollipops are fried and prepared by now..
- Now for sauce put 4-5 teaspoons of oil in a pan and then add some ginger garlic paste, then add red chilli powder and red chilli sauce and mix them well after that add some water and stir them. Add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and that corn flour paste in the mixture. Cook it for 3 minutes. Sauce is ready..
