- Take 2 of servings Spaghetti.
- Prepare 150-200 g of thinly sliced Beef.
- It’s 1/2 of Onion.
- You need 2 of Cabbage Leaves.
- Make ready 1/2 of Carrot.
- It’s 1/4-1/2 of Capsicum.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of Oil.
- Take 3-4 tablespoons of Yakiniku Sauce *OR use the sauce below.
- Take of <Yakiniku Sauce>.
- It’s 1/2 tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of grated Garlic.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of grated Ginger.
- You need 3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Mirin.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
- Take of Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce) OR Chilli Flakes as required.
Yakiniku Spaghetti instructions
- Cook Spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed..
- Prepare ‘Yakiniku Sauce’ and cut all vegetables into thin strips..
- Oil a heated frying pan and cook Beef slices. When Beef changed colour, add vegetables and stir-fry until cooked. Add Yakiniku Sauce, and mix well..
- Add cooked Spaghetti and mix well. Drizzle with extra Yakiniku Sauce when serve, only if required..
