Fresh Cherry No Bake Cheesecake step by step

  1. Make Crust.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and butter in a bowl.
  3. Press into a 9 inch non stick sprayed springform pan, freeze while preparing filling.
  4. In a bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water, refrigerate just until cold but mot setting up.
  5. Chop 1/2 cup of the cherries, pitted.
  6. In a bowl beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
