- You need 1 cup of Warm Water.
- Make ready 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Sugar.

- Prepare 3 1/2 cup of Flour.
- Make ready 17 grams of Yeast.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Butter.
Dinner Rolls step by step
- Preheat oven to 205?C or 400?F.
- In a bowl, combine water (I added an extra 2 tbsp of water) , oil, yeast and sugar. Allow mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes..
- With spatula or hand, mix in salt, flour and egg until combined..
- Flour hands and knead for 5-10 minutes..
- Shape dough into 12 balls. Place them onto a greased or parchment lined 13x9 baking pan and let rest for 10 minutes or until double size..
- Bake at 205?F for 10 minutes until tops are golden brown..
- Brush with melted butter straight from the oven..
