  1. Dry roast all the ingredients from Ragi till Roasted Bengal Gram and keep it aside. Dry roast the ingredients separately..
  2. Dry grind all the roasted ingredients along with cardamom, dry ginger and black pepper to form a fine powder. I prefer flour mill for grinding the ingredients since the quantity is more..
  3. Filter the powder and make sure that it is really fine and store it in an airtight container..
