- You need 100 gms of all purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Active dry yeast.
- It’s 1 tsp of Sugar.
- Make ready of Salt as per taste.
- It’s 1 tsp of Oil.
- Take of Milk for binding.
- Make ready 1 of Onion.
- Take 1 of Capsicum.
- Take 10 cloves of Garlic.
- Take piece of Ginger small.
- It’s 2 of Green chilli.

- Take warm water add sugar and yeast keep aside for 15 minutes, make ginger, garlic and green chilli thick paste in blender.
- Take all purpose flour, add everything including dissolved yeast, make dough with warm milk.
- Keep covered for 1 to 2 hours..
- Dice onion and capsicum.
- Now take tge dough roll like chapati apply pasta or tomato sauce apply ginger galic mix. Now put corn, diced onion and capsicum (i addedwas boiked kidney beans also), now make the roti half and seal it.
