Nik Nak Pady Wak step by step

1. Take a pan get it HOT slice the onions. Add oil and onions ..
2. When they start to caramelize add salt and stir constantly..
3. Slice hotdogs longways. Then slice into mostly thirds, but also about a quarter of the hotdogs cut into quarters.
4. Line a deep oven safe dish with half the hotdog pieces,.
5. Cover the whole bottom of dish. My dish is 10 inches in diameter and 4 inches deep.
6. Now layer the onions atop the hotdogs.

15. Now add the last 2 cups of cheese.
