Calamari Combo Recipe. How to prepare it? What are the ingredients? Cooking tips and more… It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty.

Here is the best “Calamari Combo” recipe we have found so far. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Calamari Combo

  1. You need 3 kg of fresh calamari.
  2. Prepare 1 of sharp knife.
  3. You need of calmari deep fried.
  4. You need 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour.
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of cold soda.
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp of each black and white sesame seeds.
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp of salt.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.
  9. Make ready 1 bunch of fresh parsley.
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp of paprika,option.
  11. It’s 1 of oil enough for deep fried.
  12. Make ready 1 of egg.
  13. Prepare of spicy calamari salad.
  14. It’s 1/2 cup of my spicy sauce.
  15. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of fresh lime juice.
  16. Take 1 bunch of each coriander or cilantro ,spring onion.
  17. It’s 2 of tomato.
  18. Prepare 1 of onion,sliced.
  19. You need 1/3 cup of mixed chopped vegetables in hand ,optional.
  20. Make ready of calamari stir fried with curry sauce.
  21. Take 1 1/2 tbsp of curry powder.
  22. Prepare 4 of eggs.
  23. You need 1 bunch of each cilantro and spring onion.
  24. It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of each soy sauce and sesame sauce.
  25. Take 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  26. It’s 1/2 tsp of each sugar and ground black pepper.
  27. It’s 1/4 cup of milk.
  28. You need 3 clove of crushed garlic.
  29. Take 1 of onion,sliced.
  30. It’s 2 tbsp of roasted pepper oil,for colour and more spicy taste,can skip if in case dont have it.
  31. It’s 1 of red pepper sliced.

Calamari Combo instructions

  1. Oh…i bought a huge things with heads,eyes,and black skin ..how to ?.
  2. In kitchen sink ,take heads off,take things inside its body off ,in runny water ,carefully ,softly.
  3. Take eyes off from head.
  4. Peel black skin from its body if you want white calamari like the right side piece ,but i personnally use as it.
  5. Now cut into pieces to your bite size.
  6. Branch in very hot water,drain ,pat dry ,all ready to use,1 kg per each recipe.
  7. First recipe…easy..only chop and mix,Thai style spicy salad…serve this with rice or as spicy appetizer…in mixing bowl,slice onion,chop cilantro,spring onion,tomato,add calamari,squezze lime juice,add spicy sauce,stir to mix,voila..spicy and delicious..trust me :)

  1. Second dish,stir fried calamari in curry powder sauce.
  2. Stir fried calamari,first set wok or pan on medium heat ,add oil,stir fry garlic ,onion,pepper sliced until get good smell,add calamari ,chopped vegetables for fiber option ,higher fire volumn ,quick stir ,observ calamari will spring up.
  3. seasoning by soy sauce,oyster sauce,sesame oil,black pepper,sugar.
  4. Combine eggs,milk ,roasted pepper oil together ,mix and pour to the wok ,quick stir to mix.
  5. Add chopped cilantro and spring onion ,serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
  6. Third dish,i recommended easy deep fried calamari ,no option to bake as you will get rubber bake instead of crispy and chewwy calamari.
  7. 3rd dish ,crispy calamari ,combine flour ,seasoning ingredients ,chopped parsley ,for little more asian taste add one tablespoon of oyster sauce ,half tbsp of sesame oil ( both is optional ) ,slowly add cold soda ,yes the soda you drink ,mix it ,not too runny ,may not use all of soda.
  8. Add in calamari ,deep fried about 3 mins ,until you see crispy flour ,serve hot.
  9. This recipe still have some recipe to add in ..not complete yet..3 dishes above are great ,hope you like it :).
