Ingredients of Pan Fried Crispy Okra(Bhindi)
- Take 1/2 kg of okra (Bhindi)long cut.
- Prepare of salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of termaric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of gram flour.
- It’s of oil.
- Make ready of you can add spices according to your taste as well.
Remove from the pan using a slotted spoon and place on the kitchen towel.Sharing with you, crispy okra (Indian name: Bhindi), fried and coated in special blend of homemade seasoning, to make a flavorful and an easy yogurt I use few tbsp oil and a wide pan so that bhindi slices touch the surface of pan and get crispy in less oil.For sure, NO need to take-out whole fryer.Kurkuri means crispy and Bhindi means okra.
