Ingredients of Cheezy Chutney Bombs
- You need 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese.
- It’s 1 Cup of Paneer (Shred).
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Jeera powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 spoon of Salt.
- It’s 1 Spoon of Lal Mirchi powder.
- Make ready 1 cup of Poha.
- Make ready 1 Spoon of Ginger paste.
- It’s 1 spoon of Garlic paste.
- Take 4 of Bread Crumbs or Slices of Bread.
- Take 1 tsp of Corn Starch / Maida.
- You need As required of Oil.
Cheezy Chutney Bombs instructions
- Ingredients for Preparing Chutney: Mix One whole fresh / Dry coconut pieces with 1 teaspoon of Ginger and Garlic Paste, Coriander, 2-3 Chillies. Make sure the paste is thick enough to stuff inside our dough balls, or else it could break in the oil while frying..
- To make Cheese Balls: As shown in the pictures - Mash the boiled potatoes with One cup of shred Paneer and cheddar cheese. Mix one Teaspoon of Lal Mirch powder with half spoon of Jeera and slight Salt for taste..
- Mix well all the ingredients as suggested above. Once done with the mixture will look something like shown..
- Now Take one spoon of Corn starch, mix it with water until it becomes thick liquid as shown..
- Keep bread crumbs ready. Alternative step if by chance you do not have bread crumbs, Take 3-4 slices of bread, Heat it on pan until it becomes brown. Make pieces of it and put it in mixture, churn it well till it becomes powder / Crumbs. You could see I have used the alternative method with bread in the pictures..
- Add oil in the non-stick pan. Make it medium hot so that our chutney balls won't break or over fry..
- Now apply some oil to your hand and start making balls with the mixture you have and fill the green chilli chutney inside as shown below. Avoid overfilling of chutney..
- Once done with the above step then you are almost done with our crispy cheesy chutney balls. Drop the balls in the corn starch and roll it in the bread crumbs as shown and then drop it in the oil slowly..
- Then what let it fry for a minute. Keep checking the colour. Remove it on the tissue or the paper so that it would soak all the extra oil. Serve it with Chilli sauce, Tomato and mayo..
