  1. Make ready 2 of beetroot.
  2. Take 4 of potatoes.
  3. Make ready 1 cup of oats.
  4. Take 1 cup of sabudana.
  5. You need 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. Make ready 2 tsp of amchur powder.
  7. It’s 2 tsp of garam masala.
  8. Make ready 2 tsp of chat masala.
  9. You need 2 tsp of pav bhaji masala.
  10. You need 3 tsp of salt.
  11. It’s 10-12 of ice cream sticks.
  12. Make ready 2 cups of oil for frying.

Beetroot Oats Lolipops step by step

  1. Firstly boil potatoes and beetroot seperately and let them cool..
  2. Now remove the beetroot skin and grate and keep it aside..
  3. Now peel the potatoes and grate it ina mixing bowl..
  4. Now squeeze the grated beetroot by pressing it in between your palm to remove the excess water.
  5. Mix it with the grated potatoes. Now grind oats and sabudanato a powder and mix with potatoes..
  6. Now add the remaining ings and mix it well and make a dough..
  7. Now make equal size balls from the dough take a icecream and insert it in the ball and press it between your palm to give the perfect shape..
  8. In this way prepare all the lollipops and keep ready..
  9. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry till they are crispy. Serve hot with chutney..
