- Make ready 2 of beetroot.
- Take 4 of potatoes.
- Make ready 1 cup of oats.
- Take 1 cup of sabudana.
- You need 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 2 tsp of amchur powder.
- It’s 2 tsp of garam masala.
- Make ready 2 tsp of chat masala.
- You need 2 tsp of pav bhaji masala.
- You need 3 tsp of salt.
- It’s 10-12 of ice cream sticks.
- Make ready 2 cups of oil for frying.
Beetroot Oats Lolipops step by step
- Firstly boil potatoes and beetroot seperately and let them cool..
- Now remove the beetroot skin and grate and keep it aside..
- Now peel the potatoes and grate it ina mixing bowl..
- Now squeeze the grated beetroot by pressing it in between your palm to remove the excess water.
- Mix it with the grated potatoes. Now grind oats and sabudanato a powder and mix with potatoes..
- Now add the remaining ings and mix it well and make a dough..
- Now make equal size balls from the dough take a icecream and insert it in the ball and press it between your palm to give the perfect shape..
- In this way prepare all the lollipops and keep ready..
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry till they are crispy. Serve hot with chutney..
