Hello everybody, welcome to my recipe site. Today I’m gonna show you a way to make a distinctive dish, Frittata. It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.
Frittata Recipe. Frittatas have saved me on more hungry weeknights than I care to count. Frittatas are the ultimate clean-out-the-fridge weeknight dinner or weekend brunch recipe.
You can cook Frittata using 12 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of Frittata
- Prepare 2 tsp of cooking oil (I used coconut).
- You need 1 cup of chopped mushrooms.
- Take 1 cup of chopped artichokes (from the jar).
- Take 2 tsp of chopped sun dried tomatoes.
- Take 6 of eggs.
- Take 1/4 cup of cream/milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of pepper.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of dried parsley flakes.
- Prepare 2 slice of pepper jack cheese.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of bread crumbs.
Italian-style omelets for stove top or oven.Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Make this frittata even easier by using cooked bacon from the freezer.It's a wonderful dish to serve.
Frittata step by step
- Preheat broiler to low heat..
- Heat oil in an oven-proof pan. Cook vegetables on stove over medium heat..
- Whisk eggs, cream/milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Add mixture to pan..
- Make sure vegetables are evenly distributed in eggs but after that don't touch it and let it cook over medium heat until eggs start to settle..
- When eggs are starting to visibly be cooked on top (forming a solid top coat) but still a little runny, add cheese and let it cook another minute..
- Add bread crumbs and put in broiler for 5 minutes or until top starts to brown..
- Remove pan from oven and let sit for a couple minutes before taking frittata out of the pan..
