- You need 4 of tbsp.olive oil.
- Take 300 g of minced beef.

- It’s 125 ml of red wine.

- It’s 280 ml of beef broth/water.

- Cook for 7mins or to your preferable texture. When cooked drain the excess water and run the spaghetti through cold water to stop any further cooking..
- Place your spaghetti into a serving dish, place the bolognese on top in the center and garnish with finely chopped parsley..
