- Prepare 1 cup of suji.

Combine the apple syrup, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk and salt in the saucepan.Bring the mixture to a boil.Then reduce the heat to below medium.Take a pan and keep it on medium flame.

- In a bowl mix all ingredients except baking soda and make batter with little water and rest for 15 min.
