- Minced garlic +coriander root, marinated pork neck with sauce at least 30 mins and grill 180c approximately 25 mins.
- Slice shallot + culantro leaves + spring onion + kaffir lime leaves,Mix salad sauce lime juice + fish sauce + sugar.
