- Take 1 cup of mixed seafood.
- Prepare 1 bunch of spring onion.
- Make ready 1 bunch of coriander,or cilantro ,or both.
- It’s 50 grams of sunflowers sprouts.
- Take 2 clove of garlic.
- Make ready 8 of hot chili,or less.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of fishsauce.
- Take 1 tbsp of simple sugar syrups.
- Make ready 1 of onion,sliced.
- Make ready 3 of mushroom,sliced.
- Prepare 3 of cherry tomato,halves.
- Take 1/2 of of bell pepper,sliced.
- Take 1 of carrots ,sliced.
- You need 1 tbsp of lime juice.
- You need 60 grams of glassnoodles.

- Crush garlic,chili,add fishsauce,syrups,lime juice,taste ,adapt to your preference,original taste is spicy,sour,sweet.
- Boil all seafood and glassnoodles,about 5 mins or until cooked,cool it in running water,add to mixing bowl,follow with sauce,add sunflower sprouts,softly mix,serve and enjoy :).
