Ingredients of Chicken Manchurian
- Take 2 of chicken breast.
- Prepare 1 of egg whisked.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of flour.
- You need to taste of Salt & pepper.
- Prepare to taste of Chilli powder.
- Take of Sauce.
- It’s 1 tbl of Oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of Garlic ginger paste.
- You need 1/2 of green chilli.
- Take 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- It’s 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ketchup.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Schezwan sauce.
- Take 1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce.
- Take 1 tsp of white vinegar.
- Take 100 ml of water add more if you want it saucy.
- Make ready of Spring Onion and pepper optional.
- Prepare of To thicken sauce.
- Take 1 tbsp of corn flour mixed with 2tbsp water.
Chicken Manchurian instructions
- Mix the 1st set of ingredients and add chicken cubes and mix and deep fry.
- Make the sauce as all ingredients and allow to come to a boil then add corn flour mixed in water to thicken.
- Deep fry chicken.
- Add to sauce and combine allow to cook for 10 mins serve hot with noodles or rice Enjoy!.
- I make this mild and with no veg as that how my daughter prefers it but if I’m making for friends and family I would add spring onion and peppers.
