- Preheat oven to 190℃. Mix well all cake ingredients. Mix well all toppings ingredients except coconuts..

- Put #2 in the oven, bake for 45 min..
- Pour topping ingredients on top of cake and shredded coconut..
- Put it back into the oven, bake for another 15mins to 25 mins..
