Ingredients of Moti Pulao
- Take of **** Gola Kabab Ingredients *****.
- You need 750 gm of Beef Keema (Minced Meat).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Yogurt.
- You need 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take of Green chilies 4-5 chopped.
- Prepare of Turmeric powder half tsp.
- You need of Salt as your taste.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Red chili powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
- Take of Coriander Powder 1 & half tbsp.
- It’s of Onion 1 chopped.
- It’s of Coriander leave 4 tbsp. chopped.
- Take of Mint leave 4 tbsp. chopped.
- Prepare of **** Pulao Ingredients *****.
- Take of Oil half cup.
- Take 1 slice of Onion.
- It’s 1 of Cinnamon (Darchini).
- You need of Bay leaf (Tezpatta) 2.
- Make ready 1 of Black cardamom.
- Prepare 2 of Star anise (Badyan ka phool).
- Take 1 tsp of Soonf.
- Take 1 tsp of White zeera.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Shahi zeera.
- Make ready 1 of Jawatri.
- You need of Jaifel half tsp.
- Take 5 of Green cardamom.
- Make ready 6 of Long.
- Make ready of Yogurt half cup.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready of Salt as your taste.
- You need of Chicken Knorr Cube 1.
- You need of Fresh Green chilies 12-15 whole.
- It’s 1 kg of Basmati Rice.

- It’s 3-4 tbsp of Onion fry.

- Gola Kabab Methods.
- Take a bowl add all the ingredients together Mix it well..
- Then make small balls & make fry in pan.Then keep a side.
- Pulao Method.
- Take a pot add oil, Onion & cook until onion become saute.
- Then add in whole spices (Cinnamon, Bay leaf, Black cardamom, Star anise, Soonf, White zeera, Shahi zeera, Jawatri, Jaifel, Green cardamom, Long) cook until aroma. Then add Ginger garlic paste,.
- Chicken Knorr Cube, Yogurt, Salt as your taste, Fresh Green chilies and cook 3-4 mins at least..
- Then add Basmati rice & water then mix it with spoon then cover it to cook at high flame..
- When Rice water get dry and rice become cooked then add Gola kabab on top, Fry onion and cover it and cook on low flame for 5 or 10 mins..
- Moti Pulao is ready to serve..
