Ingredients of Oats uttapam
- It’s 2 cup of Oats.
- Take 1/2 cup of suji.
- You need 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 pinch of Black pepper.
- Take 1 tbsp of Garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chaat masala.
- Take 1 tbsp of Oregano.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli flakes.
- You need 1/2 cup of Chopped capsicum.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of chopped onions.
- You need 1/2 cup of chopped cabbage.
- It’s 1/2 cup of chopped tomato.
- It’s 1/2 cup of boiled peas.
- You need 1/2 cup of boiled sweet corn.

Oats uttapam instructions
- Take a bowl add oats, curd, salt water and mix well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
