- It’s 1 cup of chilled malai/cream.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1 cup of kesar badam milk powder.
- Take 1 cup of milk.
- Take 1 cup of dissolved custard.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of chopped mangoes.
- You need 3 tbsp of crushed dry fruits.

Mango Matka Kulfi instructions
- Take one big mango peel it and cut into cubes. Take smal mixer jar add chilled malai to it. Grind it till fluffy and light.
- Take one big juicer jar add mango puree, cream, milk powder, custard powder dissolved in milk, sugar and grind it till becomes smooth and creamy.
- Mix everything nicely and gently. Now pour this mixture in matka cup and tap little to set it. Add chopped mango cubes upon it.
- Cover it with almunium foil.keep the cup into the deep freezer for 4 hours till it sets completely. Garnish with crushed dry fruits cashew almonds pista and serve it. Serve chill.
