Ingredients of Mango balusha
- It’s 1 cup of maida.
- Make ready 2 of sp curd.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of mango puree.
- You need 2 of sp ghee.
- You need 1/4 of sp baking soda.
- Make ready Pinch of salt.
- Make ready as needed of Dry fruits.
- Take of Oil for frying.
- Take 1 cup of sugar.
- Make ready 8 of kesar strands.
- You need 1/2 of sp cardamom powder.

- Now take dough spread with hands cut in middle and keep on other one and spread with hands do the same for 2,3times for layers now make long roll cut in pieces and tmake ball shape lightly press in middle and keep for sometime..
- Now heat oil and drop the balusha into oil on sim flame and fry slowly till golden..
- Dip into sugar syrup andtop with dryfruit cuts serve any time..
