Ingredients of Cheesy Cheez

  1. It’s 250 gm of Cottage Cheese (Paneer).
  2. It’s 2-3 tbs of Mozarella Cheese.
  3. Make ready 8-10 of Crushed Mint leaves.
  4. Prepare leaves of Chopped Coriander.
  5. Make ready 1 tsp of Crushed black pepper powder.
  6. Take to taste of Salt.
  7. It’s 1-2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  8. Make ready 1 tsp of Chaat masala.
  9. You need of Slurry of (maida+water+pinch of salt).
  10. You need 1 cup of Papad crumbs.
  11. You need of Oil(for frying).

Cheesy Cheez instructions

  1. Take Paneer pieces and make a half cut in the middle of Paneer pieces with the help of knife…keep aside.
  2. Now take a bowl and add Mozarella Cheese, Salt, Chilli flakes, chaat masala, Crushed black pepper, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves…mix properly..
  3. Now fill this mixture into the Paneer pieces and Press the pieces carefully..
  4. Now dip in slurry and then coat with papad crumbs..
  5. Deep fry into hot oil on medium flame..
