Here is the best “Cheesy Cheez” recipe we have found until now. This is gonna really delicious.
Ingredients of Cheesy Cheez
- It’s 250 gm of Cottage Cheese (Paneer).
- It’s 2-3 tbs of Mozarella Cheese.
- Make ready 8-10 of Crushed Mint leaves.
- Prepare leaves of Chopped Coriander.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Crushed black pepper powder.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1-2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Chaat masala.
- You need of Slurry of (maida+water+pinch of salt).
- You need 1 cup of Papad crumbs.
- You need of Oil(for frying).
Cheesy Cheez instructions
- Take Paneer pieces and make a half cut in the middle of Paneer pieces with the help of knife…keep aside.
- Now take a bowl and add Mozarella Cheese, Salt, Chilli flakes, chaat masala, Crushed black pepper, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves…mix properly..
- Now fill this mixture into the Paneer pieces and Press the pieces carefully..
- Now dip in slurry and then coat with papad crumbs..
- Deep fry into hot oil on medium flame..
