Ingredients of Mango-Sago kheer
- It’s 1/2 cup of soaked Sabudana/sago.
- Prepare 1/2 litre of milk.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of milkmaid.
- Prepare 1 cup of mango pulp.
- It’s 1/4 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1 tbs of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare 2-3 of string kesar.
- Make ready 2 tbs of chopped dry fruits of your choice.
- It’s 1 tbs of ghee.
Sago kheer is a simple sweet preparation.Addition of condensed milk and mango puree makes it more yum!!!Tasty creamy Mango Sago Payasam summer treat.It can also made of Banana and Papaya.
Mango-Sago kheer instructions
- Keep a pan on medium flame add milk and let it boil, once boiling add sago and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add sugar and mix well. Let this get completely cool down..
- Once the kheer is cool add Mango pulp, roasted dry fruits in ghee, kesar, cardamom powder and milkmaid. Mix nicely and keep in refrigerator. Mango-Sago kheer is ready to serve chilled..
