Rasmalai is a Bengali delicacy that is very popular among the Indian Sweet Lovers. Ras malai - Ras literally translates to "juice" and malai to "cream".

Ingredients of Rasmalai
- It’s 8 cup of fresh milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- You need 3 cup of water.
- Take 1 cup of sugar.
- Take 1 tsp of elachi powder.
- You need 50 gram of piste.
- Prepare 50 gram of badam.
- Make ready 1/3 cup of condensed milk.
- You need 1 pinch of zarde ka rang.

Rasmalai step by step
- Sub sy pehle 4 cup milk boil krne rakh dein jab boil a jaye tu 2 tbsp vinegar add krein take dhood phat kar paneer ban jaye agar zarorat ho tu 1 tsp vinegar aur bhi add kiya ja sakta hai take dhood ache sy phat jaye.
- Aub Ek chalni main malmal ka kapra rakhein aur paneer ko chan kar pani nekal dein malmal ki potli bana kar us par thanda pani dalein.
- Pani ache sy nekal jaye tu hath sy masal kar paneer ko soft kar lein 10 min main bikul soft ho jaye ga.
- Aub paneer ki choti choti rasmalai bana lein khayal rahe crack na pare.
- Ek khole pen main 3 cup pani boil krein aur 1 cup sugur add kar ke boil ane dein jab ache sy boil A jaye tu rasmalai dal kar cover kar ke medium flame par 15 tak pakain.
- 15 min baad rasmalai ka size dabble ho jaye tu flem off kar dein aur issi shere main rasmalai thandi hone dein.
- Aub ek dosre pen main 4 cup milk boil krne rakh dein slow to medium Flem par.
- Jab dhood pak pak kar 2 cup reh jaye tu cadence milk add krein elachi powder, piste, badam add krein zarde ka rang dalein mix kar ke flame of kar dein aur side kar dein.
- Aub ek pehle hoe dish main shere sy rasmalai nekal kar set krein phir jo dhood sy rabri ready ki thi wo dal dein piste badam sy garnishing kar dein.
- Aub rasmalai ko fridge main 3 hour ke liye rakh dein us ke baad serve krein delicious rasmalai ready hai.
