Ingredients of Thai Coleslaw
- Take 1/2 of green cabbage sliced.
- You need 1/4 of purple cabbage sliced.
- Take 1/2 cup of shredded carrots.
- Make ready 2 of scallions sliced.
- You need of juice of 2 limes.
- Prepare 1 tbs of toasted sesame oil.
- Take 1/3 c of oil.
- You need of salt and pepper.
- It’s of slivered almonds.
- Take of dried cranberries.
I don't really like coleslaw that has mayo in it so this is perfect for me.This Asian Slaw is packed with crisp veggies and fresh cilantro and is tossed in a creamy Thai Asian Slaw with Peanut Dressing.Crisp cabbage salads/slaws are the best!I made a Thai Coleslaw to go along with my Thai Chicken Skewers!
Thai Coleslaw step by step
- Slice the cabbage and shred the carrots.
- Add the sliced scallions and oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper and the limes.
- Mix it all together.
- Garnish with almonds and cranberries. Enjoy!.
- We let it marinate in a bag in the fridge overnight before serving, helps all the flavors blend together.
