Ingredients of Instant Oats Uttapam
- Prepare of For batter.
- It’s 1 1/2 cup of oats.
- You need 1 cup of semolina.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of curd.
- It’s 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare of For grinding.
- Take 1 of chopped carrot.
- You need 2 of chopped green chilly.
- Make ready 1 of " ginger (crushed).
- You need of For garnishing.
- Make ready of Crushed carrot.
- Take leaves of Few coriander.
- Take of No oil.
Instant Oats Uttapam instructions
- Take 1 1/2 cup oats. Don't roast it. Grind it and make a smooth powder.
- Take 1 chopped carrot, 2 chopped green chilly, 1" crushed ginger and coarsely grind it.
- In a bowl. Add oats powder, 1 cup semolina and grind mixture. Add 1/2 cup curd, 1 tsp salt. Mix….properly Add water as needed. Batter should be like dosa batter. Once it is done. Keep aside for 15 inutes for fermenting.
- Heat non stick dosa pan. Pour one spoon dosa batter. Spread evenly and make a small round in shape. Just like uttapam. Sprinkle crushed carrot and chopped coriander leaves. Cover and cook till it is done..
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Oats Uttapam is Ready to serve with coconut chutney.
