  1. Make ready 8 of thin slices deli corned beef.
  2. Make ready 2 slice of swiss cheese.
  3. Make ready 2 slice of marble rye bread.
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp of 1000 island dressing.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of dijon mustard.
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of sauerkraut.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of chicken or veggie stock.

Toasted Reuben instructions

  1. Heat stock in small saucepan. Add sauerkraut. Reduce until liquid is evaporated..
  2. Finish on panini press or 400° oven for approximately 4 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese is melted..
  3. Variations; Turkey, avocado, bacon, gruyere, fresh corned beef, different mustards.
